  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 2 spoons
  • Coriander essential oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Peel the carrots and cut them into 5 cm pieces. Transfer the carrots to a deep bowl, add cumin, a pinch or two of salt, coriander seeds, and pour in olive oil.

Step 2

Using your hands, mix the carrots with the oil and spices, ensuring that each piece of carrot is coated with both the oil and the spices. Then, transfer the carrots from the bowl to a baking sheet and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for twenty-five to thirty minutes, stirring occasionally.
