- Sugar 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Brandy 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water, bring to a boil, stirring over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Then cook for 5–10 minutes without stirring until it reaches a light caramel state. Remove from heat and carefully stir in the orange juice.
Step 2
Return to low heat and stir until the caramel dissolves.
Step 3
Remove from heat and mix in the butter and brandy. Let it cool slightly.
