
Caramel French Toast

Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar 3 teaspoons
- Beans 2 slices
- Butter to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg.
Step 2
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Step 3
Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Cut the bread into pieces.
Step 5
Soak the bread in the egg mixture.
Step 6
Flip the pieces of bread to soak the other side.
Step 7
Heat a skillet with butter over medium heat and place the French toast.
Step 8
Wait until the bottom of the toast is golden brown. Sprinkle sugar on top: use about 1 teaspoon per slice.
Step 9
Flip the toast sugar side down.
Step 10
Melt the sugar to form caramel, but do not let the toast burn. Carefully remove without scraping off the caramel.
