Ingredients
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 1 piece
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 0 oz
- Basil to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take one ball of classic Unagrande mozzarella and one medium tomato (preferably sized to match the mozzarella ball).
Step 2
Cut both the tomato and the mozzarella ball into 4 circular pieces.
Step 3
Spread Unagrande mascarpone on each tomato slice: about one teaspoon on each tomato piece.
Step 4
Top with mozzarella, add a few leaves of fresh basil, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
