- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Pimento 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Onion 0 oz
- Canned Saira 5 oz
- Dried Dill Stems ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, sour cream, softened butter, finely chopped pimento, parsley, and 1 teaspoon of grated onion. Blend everything until smooth.
Step 2
Add the boned and skinned, crumbled salmon and dill. Mix well, transfer to a serving bowl, and chill.
