- Butter 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Spices ½ teaspoon
- Blue Crabs 2 pieces

Step 1
Place the butter, a strip of lemon zest, and spices in a small skillet and heat until the flavors meld.
Step 2
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and remove the zest.
Step 3
Mix the brown crab meat, lemon juice, and a bit of salt and pepper, then add the white meat and butter. Gently stir.
Step 4
Add more lemon juice and transfer to a jar. Chill.
