Canapés with Persimmon and Prosciutto
Appetizers • Author's
Description
A seasonal winter appetizer for a buffet. Firstly, these canapés look very festive (thanks to the orange color provided by the persimmon). Secondly, the rich flavor of blue cheese is complemented by the sweetness and softness of the persimmon, while the most vibrant note in both texture and color is added by the prosciutto. Thirdly, they are very filling: a couple of these canapés, and you can confidently wait for the banquet to start without fearing hunger.
