Ingredients
- Adyghe cheese 0 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 3 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sweet Pepper 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 2
Season with black pepper.
Step 3
Flip and season with chili pepper.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Step 5
Add the cheese to the skillet.
Step 6
Once the bottom side is browned, flip it over.
Step 7
After 2 minutes, place the cheese pieces on their edges and fry each side until golden brown.

Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, and let cool.

Slice the cucumber and pepper into thick slices, leave the cherry tomatoes whole.

Skewer the ingredients in the following order: cheese, pepper, cucumber, cheese, cherry tomato.
