Ingredients
- Watermelon 20 oz
- Fat-free feta cheese 5 oz
- Basil leaves 1 bunch
- Olive Oil to taste

Step 1
Cut the watermelon into slices about 2 fingers wide and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Slice the block of cheese into pieces and place them on the watermelon slices. Cut through both layers with a knife to create cubes of equal size.
Step 3
Skewer with a toothpick, garnish with basil, and drizzle with oil.
Step 4
