Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 3 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine 200 grams of flour, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, and 3 tablespoons of vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Add 250 ml of milk, 2 eggs, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Mix the dry ingredients with the milk and egg mixture.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes in olive oil, flipping them as soon as bubbles appear on the surface.
Step 5
Drizzle the finished pancakes with maple syrup.
