Ingredients
- Camembert cheese 5 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Raspberry leaves 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the round of cheese into portioned triangles.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks.
Step 3
Coat the cheese in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the cheese for 2–3 minutes, then remove it and place it on a paper towel.
Step 5
Pour the wine into a separate container and bring it to a boil, add the berries, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Blend everything with a blender. Pour the sauce onto a plate. Top with pieces of cheese. You can garnish the dish with raspberries and fresh basil or mint leaves.
