Description
This amount of ingredients is enough for 16–17 calzones. The dough can be rolled out by hand or with a rolling pin into a circle. The thickness of the dough can also vary: the thinner it is, the crispier it will be.

- Butter 0 oz
- Ocean salt 0 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Parma Ham 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Dried Rosemary 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix water, flour, butter, and salt.
Step 2
Knead a not too stiff dough and place it in a warm place (20–75°F) for 3 hours.
Step 3
Chop the remaining ingredients. Place the filling on one side of the pizza.
Step 4
Fold the calzone over with the free side. Moisten the edges with water for better sealing.
Step 5
Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
Step 6
You can spread a small amount of tomato paste to prevent the calzone from burning.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 250–570°F for 7–8 minutes.
