Caesar Salad Dressing
Sauces and Marinades • Latin American
Description
Caesar is not a title, but the name of a man who invented this dressing and salad. An Italian-Mexican named John Cardini never revealed the exact ingredients needed for a true Caesar. However, decades of research have helped uncover a recipe that is close to the original.
