Caesar Pizza
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Croutons 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Caesar Dressing 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, knead the dough: mix the flour, warmed milk, yeast, salt, and olive oil. Place the kneaded dough in a bowl and cover it with a lid. It should rise to at least double its size. This will take about 45 minutes.
Step 2
Boil, stew, or fry the chicken fillet, then cut it into small pieces after it cools.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Chop the Chinese cabbage.
Step 5
Cut the wheat bread into cubes about 1 cm on each side and make croutons.
Step 6
Knead the risen dough by hand for a few minutes, then roll it out to a thickness of about 3 mm and transfer it to a greased 30 cm diameter baking sheet, trimming any excess dough and leveling the edges.
Step 7
While the oven preheats to 390°F, cover the dough with sauce and add the toppings: chicken, Chinese cabbage, grated cheese, cherry tomatoes, and croutons. Then sprinkle the pizza with ground pepper to taste.
Step 8
Place in the oven for 10–15 minutes.
