
Cabbage Salad with Grapes

Description
Very tasty, light, and refreshing! As a secret — I eat the salad with freshly shaved Parmigiano — just sprinkle it on top casually!
Ingredients
- White Cabbage 10 oz
- Merlot Grapes 5 oz
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Apple 2 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage into thin strips and rub it with salt, sugar, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Cut the grapes in half and add them to the cabbage.
Step 3
Shred the tart-sweet apples into thin strips, mix with lemon juice, and add to the salad.
Step 4
Slice the red onion into thin half-rings, mix with lemon juice, and add to the salad.
Step 5
Gently (preferably with your hands) mix the salad.
Step 6
Add chopped parsley.
Step 7
Dress with salt, sugar if necessary, chili pepper, and olive oil with white balsamic vinegar (1:3); if you don't have balsamic, use a good wine or apple vinegar.
Step 8
Chill the salad before serving.
