- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the cabbage and bell pepper. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
Add salt and mix. Add spices. The cabbage will release juice and become soft.
Step 3
Pack the salad into a jar, pressing it down tightly so that the juice is on top.
Step 4
Place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
