  • Renet Simirenko Apples 3 pieces
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil ½ cup
  • Water 0 qt
  • 9% Vinegar 0 fl oz

Step 1

Finely shred the cabbage. Grate the carrots and peeled apples on a coarse grater. Mix with the cabbage.

Step 2

Pack into a three-liter jar.

Step 3

Pour with hot brine. For the brine: bring water with salt, sugar, and oil to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in the vinegar.

Step 4
