Ingredients
- Cabbage 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the cabbage. Pour boiling water over it and cover for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Dice the onion. Heat a skillet. Add vegetable oil and sauté the onion until golden brown.
Step 3
Drain the water from the cabbage and mix it with the onion. Add salt, egg, and flour. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
In the heated skillet with vegetable oil, add cabbage batter by the tablespoon. Fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown. Place the finished pancakes on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve with sour cream. It's very delicious!
