Cabbage and Brussels Sprout Pie
Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Kefir 1½ cups
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Brussels Sprouts 5 oz
- Frozen spinach discs 0 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Melt the butter. Add kefir, sugar, eggs, salt, baking powder, and flour. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Spread half of the dough onto a greased baking tray. Top with shredded white cabbage, then add Brussels sprouts.
Step 4
In the remaining half of the dough, add spinach and grated cheese. Mix. Pour onto the baking tray, spreading evenly across the surface.
Step 5
Place in the oven and bake for 30–40 minutes.
