- Tarragon ½ teaspoon
- Champagne Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Lemon ½ piece
- Salt to taste
- Parsley 1 bunch

Mix the softened butter and vinegar together—whisk thoroughly. Add salt and finely chopped tarragon. Divide the mixture into 6 parts and place each on a thin slice of lemon. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
