Burrata with pesto sauce
Ingredients
- Basil 5 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Water 5 fl oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Ricotta cheese 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the pesto sauce. In a blender, first blend the nuts and garlic. Then add the basil. While continuing to blend, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Stir in the cheese, taste, and season with salt as needed.
Step 2
Fill a pastry bag with the sauce, then make a small incision on the side of the cheese head using the tip of a knife. Insert the pastry bag into the hole and fill the cheese with pesto.
Step 3
Transfer the remaining sauce to a jar and use it for pasta or salads.
