  • Wheat Flour to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1

Cut the cheese into cubes. Whisk the eggs. Season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. Coat the cheese in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Leave at room temperature for one hour.

Step 2

Heat oil in the fondue pot. Dip the cheese pieces in the oil and cook for 1 minute.
