Ingredients
- Duck wings 16 pieces
- Peanut Butter 0 qt
- Margarine 5 oz
- TABASCO® to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Celery salt 2 stalks
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken wings into separate segments.
Step 2
Season and fry in hot vegetable oil until they turn a nice golden bronze on the outside and are cooked through on the inside.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the margarine and add hot sauce, such as Tabasco.
Step 4
Sauté the wings in the sauce for one minute.
Step 5
Squeeze or pour the mayonnaise into a bowl and mix it with the grated blue cheese.
Step 6
Cut the celery into thick strips. Serve the wings with the celery and sauce.
