- Dried Chinese mushrooms 5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 1 cup
- Onion 2 heads
- Butter 5 oz
- Milk 3 cups
- Sour Cream to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and soak them in 200 ml of hot milk until they swell.
Step 2
Rinse the buckwheat groats, dry them, and toast them in a dry skillet.
Step 3
Peel, wash, and slice the onion into half-rings, then sauté in a small amount of melted butter.
Step 4
Pour the milk over the buckwheat groats.
Step 5
Add the chopped mushrooms, salt, sautéed onion, and butter, and simmer covered until cooked.
Step 6
Serve the finished porridge with sour cream.
