Ingredients
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Buckwheat Groats 1 cup
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cauliflower, divide it into florets, chop finely, and spread it evenly on the bottom of a pot.
Step 2
Pour the rinsed buckwheat on top, add milk, season with salt, bring to a boil, and cook for 5–6 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the pot from the heat, cover with a lid, wrap in a towel, and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, stir in the butter into the cooked porridge.
