Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- Corn Salad 5 oz
- Capers 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the two types of flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Step 2
Add milk, olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter.
Step 4
Fry the pancakes in vegetable or butter. You will get 12-14 pieces.
Step 5
Mix the remaining sour cream and cream cheese; optionally add herbs.
Step 6
On a plate, arrange the salad leaves, top with pancakes, then the cheese-sour cream sauce and pieces of lightly salted salmon, and season with pepper. Garnish with capers and balsamic sauce.
