Buckwheat Noodles with Chicken Liver
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 5 oz
- Chicken Liver 10 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a deep frying pan. Add the oil. Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel.
Step 2
In another pan, sauté the liver and place it on a towel.
Step 3
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water. In the pan where you sautéed the onion, pour in the cream, add the liver and onion, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the noodles topped with the liver and sauce.
