Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the Brussels sprouts and boil them in boiling water until tender for about 5 minutes, without losing their color. Drain.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil well and sauté the finely chopped pancetta until crispy for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chopped chestnuts and sauté lightly.
Step 4
Then add the Brussels sprouts and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
