- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Ground Caraway ½ teaspoon
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Brussels Sprouts 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the outer leaves from the Brussels sprouts and thinly slice them.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and caraway seeds. Sauté until the onion is soft, about 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the Brussels sprouts, water, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 6–8 minutes until the sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Serve.
