- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chili Flakes a pinch
- Brussels Sprouts 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Black Bean Paste 1½ tablespoons

Rinse the Brussels sprouts well and cut them in half lengthwise.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the olive oil. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes and the Brussels sprouts, stir, and sauté for 3–5 minutes, stirring, until golden brown (if necessary, add another 0.5 tablespoons of olive oil).
Step 3
Add the sauce, stir, and lightly season with black pepper. Cook for another 30–40 seconds, remove from heat, and serve immediately.
