- Semi-Smoked Sausage 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Brussels Sprouts 20 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Goat cheese ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut each sprout into 4 pieces. Boil in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Drain.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the sliced bacon until golden brown. Transfer to a plate, leaving 1 tablespoon of fat in the skillet.
Step 3
Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the bacon and crumbled gorgonzola, mixing well.
