- Brussels Sprouts 20 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 4 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the Brussels sprouts and finely shred them. Boil in boiling water until tender for 2-3 minutes, ensuring they retain their color. Drain.
Step 2
Heat a skillet well and fry the finely chopped bacon until crispy. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
In the skillet, leave a bit of fat and add vegetable oil. Sauté the finely chopped shallot until soft for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the Brussels sprouts, bacon, lemon zest, season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
