- Bacon 4 pieces
- Brussels Sprouts 25 oz
- Sour Cream 2½ tablespoons
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a well-heated skillet, fry the pieces of bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel and let cool. Then cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Remove the old leaves from the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Steam for 6–8 minutes until tender.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the sour cream, bacon, horseradish, salt, and a little pepper. Add the Brussels sprouts, mix, and serve.
