Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Sour Cream 1½ tablespoons
- Courgette 1 piece
- Radish 2 pieces
- Cress salad 6 stems
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread in a dry hot skillet until golden brown.
Step 2
Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin strips. Add salt.
Step 3
Slice the radish into thin slices.
Step 4
Chop the herbs finely.

Spread sour cream on the bread.

Then add the mustard.

Finely chop the garlic.

Distribute it on the bruschetta.

Top with cucumber.
