- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 5 oz
- Ciabatta 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare a tomato concasse by dicing the tomatoes into small cubes (about 0.5 cm). Add a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and mix.
Step 2
Slice the ciabatta and toast it on a grill or in the oven.
Step 3
Cut the mozzarella into thin elongated strips.
Step 4
Place the concasse on the hot toast. Layer the thin mozzarella slices overlapping each other.
Step 5
Add a few drops of balsamic sauce and garnish with sprigs of fresh herbs.
