Ingredients
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour a little oil into the pan and sauté the sliced red onion until cooked over low heat.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes into cubes, about 1–2 cm, add them to the pan with the onion, then add the chopped parsley and basil, and sauté for 2–5 minutes.
Step 3
Slice the ciabatta, pour a couple of drops of oil into the pan, and toast the ciabatta.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of balsamic cream on the pieces of ciabatta, top with the tomato and onion mixture, and sprinkle with parsley.
