Ingredients
- Morels 8 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- White bread 10 slices
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- 20% Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion and place them in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Add pepper and salt.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and herbs and add them to the mushrooms and onions.
Step 3
Add sour cream and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
Step 5
Remove the crusts from the bread and toast it in a skillet without oil.
Step 6
Let the mushrooms cool, place a slice of tomato on the bread, top with mushrooms, and sprinkle with herbs (if desired).
