- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

- Potato 15 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Scallions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes with a brush, pat them dry but do not peel. Wrap them in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 40 minutes, until tender and fully cooked.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and grate them. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, flour, salt, and ground pepper, and mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the waffle maker and bake for about 7 minutes.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese on a warm potato waffle, then top with slices of salmon, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and crushed black pepper. Serve while the waffle is still warm.
