Bruschetta with Quail Eggs
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Quail Egg 3 pieces
- Butter 1 piece
- Suluguni Cheese 0 oz
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Arugula 8 stems
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread in a dry skillet on both sides until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the eggs to the melted butter in the skillet. Fry over medium heat.

Finely chop the cheese.

Add the cheese to the eggs and season with chili pepper.

Shape the scrambled eggs into the form of bruschetta with a spatula and remove from heat.
