  • French Baguette 1 piece
  • Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
  • Sweet Pepper 1 piece
  • Goat cheese 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste
  • Pistachios 0 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Ocean salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the bread and toast it in olive oil.

Step 2

Remove the seeds from the peppers, cut them into wedges, place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a Hotpoint-Ariston oven at 390°F for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In a mortar, crush the basil leaves with salt, add the nuts, garlic, and Parmesan, mash everything again, then pour in the olive oil and mix well.

Step 4

Spread pesto on the bread, top with roasted peppers, goat cheese, and small basil leaves.
