Bruschetta with Olives and Cheese
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Butter 1 piece
- Parsley 6 sprigs
- Basil 1 sprig
- Kalamata olives 3 pieces
- Adyghe cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread on both sides in a dry hot skillet until lightly browned.
Step 2
Then spread it with butter.
Step 3
Remove the pits from the olives.
Step 4
Then chop the olives coarsely.
Step 5
Do the same with the cheese.
Step 6
Mix the cheese with the olives.
Step 7
Separate the parsley leaves from the stems.
Step 8
Place them on the bread.
Step 9
Top with the filling.
Step 10
Garnish with a basil leaf and serve.
