Bruschetta with Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Pickled Chanterelles 20 oz
  • Bacon 5 oz
  • Parsley 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • French Baguette 1 piece
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the yellow pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Finely chop the parsley and bacon.

Step 2

In a skillet, heat half of the olive oil. Sauté the mushrooms and bacon until they are slightly browned. Add the pepper and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the pepper softens a bit. Add the parsley, season with salt and pepper, and let cool.

Step 3

Meanwhile, cut the bread into large pieces and toast it in a hot oven or toaster.

Step 4

Peel the garlic and rub it on the hot bread. Mix the mushroom mixture with the remaining olive oil, stir well, and spread it on the bread. Enjoy your meal.
