Ingredients
- French Baguette 8 pieces
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Scallions to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the baguette slices in butter on both sides.
Step 2
Break the crab meat into strands and lightly sauté it in the remaining butter from the baguette.
Step 3
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel off the skin, and remove the seeds. Then dice them and mix with the crab meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Arrange the tomatoes and crab on slices of bread, then garnish with finely chopped onion and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
