Bruschetta with Feta and Sour Cream
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Feta cheese 0 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 1½ tablespoons
- Canned Jalapeño Peppers 0 oz
- Dill 3 sprigs
- Lime 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a dry, hot skillet, toast the bread on both sides until golden brown.

Peel the cucumber.
Step 3
Chop finely.
Step 4
Separate the dill leaves from the stems, then chop finely.

Place the sour cream in a deep bowl.

Add the cucumber.

Add the finely chopped feta and dill.
