Bruschetta with Black Olive Tapenade
Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Kalamata olives 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Capers 0 oz
- Chopped Parsley 2 tablespoons
- Extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the ciabatta into 8 pieces. Peel the garlic and cut it into 4 parts. Rinse the capers.
Step 2
Heat a grill pan over high heat and toast the ciabatta for about 3 minutes on each side until dark brown and crispy. Let the bread cool slightly.
Step 3
In a food processor, blend the olives, garlic, capers, and parsley.
Step 4
Add the olive oil and lemon juice and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Spread the tapenade on the slices of ciabatta and serve on a large serving platter.
