  • Avocado 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Whole Grain Bread 1 piece
  • Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Basil leaves to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar a pinch
  • Italian herbs to taste
  • Paprika a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the bread into small pieces and lightly toast in olive oil for 3–4 minutes on each side.

Step 2

Blend the ripe avocado with one tablespoon of sour cream using a mixer until it reaches a thick paste consistency.

Step 3

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and remove the skins.

Step 4

Cut the tomatoes into small, neat cubes and place them in a heated skillet.

Step 5

Add basil, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and the remaining spices. Mix well.

Step 6

If the tomatoes lack sweetness, you can add a small amount of sugar.

Step 7

Sauté the tomatoes for 3–5 minutes until most of the excess liquid has evaporated.

Step 8

Mash the feta cheese with a fork.

Step 9

Spread the avocado paste on the toasted bread, then top with the sautéed tomatoes, feta cheese, and garnish with microgreens.

Step 10

Any herbs available at home can be used for garnish.
