Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Avocado 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Marinated cherries 5 pieces
- Arugula to taste
- White Balsamic Cream to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the ciabatta into pieces 1–2 cm thick.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half.
Step 3
Remove the pit and scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon.
Step 4
Lightly drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 5
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
Step 6
Press the garlic and add it to the avocado.
Step 7
Toast the ciabatta on a grill pan, drizzling with olive oil.
Step 8
Spread the avocado as the first layer on the bruschetta.
Step 9
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Step 10
Wash and dry the arugula well.
Step 11
Place the cherry tomatoes on top of the avocado.
Step 12
Garnish with arugula and drizzle lightly with balsamic sauce.
