Ingredients
- Ciabatta 1 piece
- Pesto 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Adyghe cheese 0 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Scallions to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the ciabatta on a preheated skillet.
Step 2
After 2 minutes, flip it over and toast for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Spread pesto sauce on the bruschetta.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the skillet.
Step 5
Crumble the cheese by hand into the skillet.
Step 6
Season with salt and sauté, stirring for 2–3 minutes over high heat.
Step 7
Add tomato sauce to the pesto sauce.
Step 8
Top with cheese.
Step 9
Slice the green onion thinly.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with onion, and serve.
