  • Chili Flakes ¼ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Trim the bottom parts of the broccoli stems.

Step 2

Place the broccoli in a saucepan and add water. Cover with a lid and cook for 4–6 minutes, until the broccoli is tender but retains its bright color.

Step 3

Season the broccoli with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
