Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Scallions to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Nuts 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the butter and flour until you get a fine crumb, add the egg and sugar. Knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then roll it out thinly and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Break the broccoli into florets, add the bell pepper and tomatoes sliced into rings, and chopped green onion. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Place the filling on the dough, spread with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake for about 20 minutes at 445°F.
